| DIRECTIONS FROM M5 TO LITTLE PADDOCK |
| Route 1 Exit M5 at junction 27 (Sampford Peverell) and head towards Barnstaple on A361. At Barnstaple follow the signs for Ilfracombe and then to Braunton still on the A361. At Braunton go straight over the traffic lights heading towards Ilfracombe. Knowle is about 1.5 miles. As soon as you see the village sign of "Knowle" in the centre of the road at the bollards, indicate right, sign posted to Winsham and leading to the Ebrington Arms turn right and follow the lane to the very top where you will see a T-junction and Winsham is signposted LEFT. TURN RIGHT. Our house "Greenhills" is the first gate on the right, and Little Paddock has it own separate entrance approximately 30 yards further along the lane on the right. |
| Route 2 Exit M5 at junction 27 (Sampford Peverall) and head towards Barnstaple on A361 until you come to a roundabout signposted left to South Molton and right to Lynton on A399. Turn left at this roundabout. Stay on A399, passing through Blackmoor gate towards Combe Martin. Before you reach Combe Martin bear left on to the A3123 toward Woolacombe and Ilfracombe. Pass straight over the junction with the B3230 untill you reach the Mullacott Cross roundabout. Turn left on to A361 towards Barnstaple. On reaching Knowle go past the garage and take the first on the left. At the Ebrington Arms turn right and follow the lane to the top where you will find a T-junction, Winsham is signposted left. TURN RIGHT. Our house "Greenhills" is the first gate on the right, and Little Paddack has it own separate entrance approximately 30 yards further down the lane on the right. Route 1 is the most direct but it can get quite busy through Barnstaple in the holiday season. Route 2 is a little further in terms of miles but does avoid Barnstaple and is the prettier but winding route. We wish you a safe journey and please call us if you have any problems |
